Develops and maintains all the human resources system that meets all the human resource requirements such as (Muqeem, labor office, Jawazat etc.)
Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with KSA local law.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
Supervision of all the process of all employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
Proper orientation & training for the new staff.
Making sure all related HR tasks has to be managed timely and professionally.
