Job Description

  • Responsible to collect from all tenants (1,000 mall tenants)
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the contracts.
  • Coordinate closely with the leasing departments for the new contracts and renewals, increase etc.
  • Maintaining very good relations with the tenants to support the collection process.
  • Maintaining the ageing report.
  • Lead the AR / Collection team.
  • Raise the invoice timely and follow up closely with the tenants for collection.
  • The due amount has to be collected within 15days from the date of the invoice.
