?Building an end-to-end sales strategy to maximize profit per industry aligned with Mezan?s Master Strategy?Total responsibility in Developing sales plan, owning the annual sales targets and delivering as per agreement?Approaching decision-makers to convert them from prospects into clients (including Employers, business owners, financial managers, etc..)?Closing deals with accountants to resell bulk memberships (Growing members of success partners program)?Building a database of potential clients across diverse industries; particularly the utilities and services industries?Prepare Account Plan and action cards for named accounts?Understanding customer needs, agreeing on a mutual evaluation process, building a business case for change and winning business, utilizing resources within a matrix organization to get the job done.?Liaison with leadership to build a strong internal network and collaboration to reach sought targets?Communicating with team members to create needed sales materialRequirements:?More than 3 years of sales experience.?Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas?Proven Experience in communicating with diverse levels of stakeholders including CEOs and/or other employees on the clients? side?Experience in Accounting / Cloud Computing or Software sales?Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.?Experience in selling products across diverse industries?In-Industry Experience of Saudi Market?Willingness and appreciation of the sales process including forecasting and accurate reporting?Ability to close deals and convince clients through Direct Sales meetings in addition to cold calls or other channels if needed?Experience in detailed sales reporting?Use current Connections or Networks to introduce the software
