Job Description

The Game Master duties:

  • Brief guests on guidelines and rules
  • Monitor escape room sessions
  • Provide hints/clues to guests struggling with puzzles
  • Complete speed resets between sessions
  • Minor housekeeping
  • Notify manager of inventory needs (supplies, concessions,merch,etc.)
  • Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor throughout hours of operation.
  • Report prop and/or room damages to Manager
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning game rooms (if required) , including vacuuming and dusting all in-reach surfaces and wiping down all props and locks.
  • Making emergency repairs and replacements?(if required)?to damaged or broken game items and reporting any potential wear and tear to the manager.
