ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿExecutes all necessary design and engineering activities required for the production of the Engineering deliverables relevant to the Architectural discipline under minimal supervision:ÿ-ÿÿÿÿConcepts, designs, calculations and selections of equipment/materials required.-ÿÿÿÿCoordination of works with other relevant disciplines (i.e. mechanical, electrical, architectural, communications, etc.) to ensure compatibility throughout the designs;-ÿÿÿÿCarry-out project site inspections and report findings, as and when required.-ÿÿÿÿSupervises the production, checking the quality and accuracy of drawings using AutoCad.-ÿÿÿÿProduces and updates Operations & Maintenance Manuals and as-built drawings.-ÿÿÿÿEstimates Man-Hours required for the project.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿProvides discipline support to the Projects / Site Personnel i.e. in analyzing architectural problems, if required.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿCarry-out site inspections, site surveys at the project sites and/or potential project sites and report findings as required.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿMonitors the performance against time and quality of engineering related work done by Design- and Engineering Subcontractors, follow-up and coordinate areas of concern, analyze trends and report.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿManages, trains, leads, motivates and monitors the performance of staff under his supervision to ensure timely execution of their activities.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsures that Procedures and Work Instructions are followed and that quality standards are met.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿProvides technical support to tenders and proposals.ÿ-ÿÿÿÿÿÿPerforms other tasks as may be required.ÿÿÿÿÿÿ
