Assist Senior Instructor/Senior Faculty in preparation of curriculum schedule and conduct daily classes according to the course plan to individual students and/or groups of students.
Assist Senior Instructor/Senior Faculty in providing necessary information and inputs for preparing course plan, teaching materials and teaching programs.
Maintain professional standards in providing quality teaching of subjects through effective dialogue seeking active participation from students and implement best teaching practices.
Participate in meetings if called for and provide inputs to higher management in designing courses/curriculum enhancements.
Ensure to develop class rules and maintain class discipline amongst students at all times during the class hours.
Provide guidance and advice to students on academic matters and provide information on resources and reference materials.
Participate in meetings with parents/guardians along with Senior Instructor/Senior Faculty/Associate Dean LFS, to provide updates on the student progress and recommend measures to improve the performance.
Review and evaluate the teaching methods and techniques and implement measures to improve the quality of teaching to students.
Ensure Teaching Assistants record and monitor student attendance and initiate warnings or disciplinary action for any breach of the standards.
Ensure proper use and safe custody of teaching equipment used during lessons and ensure appropriate maintenance.
Assist Senior Instructor/Senior Faculty to develop and implement Learning Support Assistants (LSA), Individual Educational Programmer (IEP) of students with individual educational needs and participation in IEP and Individual Transition Plan (ITP) meetings.
Making use of audiovisual technological devices/aids and other adaptations for delivering classes/lectures.
Ensure student records and documents are maintained and updated to comprehend the student performance.
Identify students with high merit and students who underperform so as to evaluate them in further studies in CAT.
Provide remedial classes for underperforming students.
Communicate ideas with the Senior Instructor/Senior Faculty/Associate Dean LFS for the betterment of the function.
Adjust hours of work, priorities, and assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.

Comply with Company?s by-laws, code of conduct and policies and procedures of the Organization.
Abide by the authorities granted to the position as per the delegation of authority and span of control and amendments thereto.
Perform any other relevant job roles and responsibilities assigned by the Asst. Dean from time to time, in addition to/in substitution of the existing roles.
