Job Description

  1. Conduct Property Site Visits: Visits income generating properties on daily basis
  2. Submit Reports for Site Visits: Submit report on each property on a monthly basis.
  3. Monitor property manager performance & making sure that the property manager work is as per the approved operational & maintenance policies.
  4. Review rental contracts and update whenever needed.
  5. Conduct periodic area & property surveys: Provide area surveys for acquired properties on a quarterly basis and extend to properties if needed
  6. Conduct periodic area & property surveys: Provide area surveys for potential opportunities
