Key Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervision of syrup preparation as per production program and operation of water treatment plant.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for checking and maintaining quality (including microbiology) of product and other ingredients in liaison with quality staff & manpower.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain lab & lab equipment in order Calibrate as per instructions.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿFollow up IMS program & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiency under IMS program. (Maintain ISO & other Certification).úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate GMP in liaison with other staffúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssigned as HACCP coordinator.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿImplement HACCP program coordinating with Plant Manager, Production Manager and Maintenance ManagerúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConduct HACCP review in consultation of Plant Manager as per plan.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain HACCP records.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with other managers implementing pest control program.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInspection of ingredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant managerúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for various sample collection as per Coca-Cola testing requirementúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿOrganize consumer complaint analysis and corrective action.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIngredients (sugar, concentrate), chemicals, finished product in warehouse in liaison with incoming materials and supply chain logistic staff.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEvaluation of non-conforming materials, product, and disposal after approval of Plant manager.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿResponsible for various sample collection as per Coca-Cola testing requirement.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintain Lab records and manuals including production samples.
