Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help execute the product vision and strategy by identifying core problems/needs and conceptualize solutions.ÿ
  • Manage feature releases, major product roll-outs, upgrades, and optimize projects across the platform from inception to end.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines milestones and timelines for product enhancements and releases.
  • Conduct sprint planning, ensuring that development teams have a clear understanding of product goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with the development team, translating the product backlog into actionable user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring that development work aligns with the immediate sprint goals.
  • Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups or prototypes.
  • Evaluate products through quantitative and qualitative measurement, both during release testing and in production.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, anticipate bottlenecks, remove blockers, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints throughout the product life cycle.
  • Find new ways to engage, retain and increase the user base.
  • Contribute product design ideas and help identify and validate assumptions.
  • Actively engage in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs to guide the development team effectively.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives in the prop-tech/fin-tech space occasionally.
