Performing the microbiology tests for food& water samples as per the standard methods
Preparing medium for microbiological tests on food& water samples.
Preparing samples for testing.
Conducting actual testing utilizing existing available lab equipment and official methods recommended.
Reading and documenting the results of all tests in accordance with JAWS lab SOPs�and official methods instructions.
Assisting the Quality Manager in preparing, reviewing and writing ISO 17025 documents.
Cross-training other laboratory technicians in microbiological testing.
Other duties as assigned by the lab supervisor or General Manager.
Optional, should have a technical understanding of ISO 17025 standards if available.
