Job Description

As a customer service manager, youll make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. Responsible for building the customer support department infrastructure in a startup environment. Your aim is to build customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty by delivering a seamless and positive experience throughout the customer journey. Youll manage the customer service team, making sure that service standards are being met and problems are resolved. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. This position shall work in accordance to company values, policy, SOPs, professional standards and work ethics. Essential Requirements

  • Male candidate
  • Bilingual
  • Must have industry experience (courier delivery/shipping/logistics)
  • Available to join by end of the year (Dec 2023)
