Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Shop Supervisor for a chocolate store, who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our store. Also will be responsible for supervising the daily activities of the retail team, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership to the retail team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and organization to maintain adequate stock of chocolates and related products.
  • Manage store displays and visual merchandising to enhance the overall aesthetics and appeal of the store.
  • Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Responsible for cash handling, including opening and closing registers and daily cash reconciliation.
  • Ensure the quality and freshness of chocolates are consistently maintained.
  • Supervise the cleanliness and maintenance of the store to create a welcoming environment.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Provide training to staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate product deliveries.
