The CFO will be a key member of the executive team, providing leadership, vision, and guidance in all financial matters. Your role will encompass oversight of financial planning, budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, and financial reporting, with a focus on enhancing our financial performance and optimizing long-term financial strategies.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following Key Responsibilities:1.˙˙˙˙Financial Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our companys goals, mission, and long-term vision.2.˙˙˙Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process and develop financial forecasts, providing the executive team with valuable insights and recommendations.3.˙˙˙Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing effective risk management policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards.4.˙˙˙Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, providing detailed insights into the companys financial health and identifying areas for improvement. Use financial data to make informed strategic decisions.5.˙˙˙Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting. Present financial performance and analysis to the executive team and the Board of Directors.6.˙˙˙Cash Management: Effectively manage the companys cash flow, optimizing working capital and ensuring liquidity to support operations and growth initiatives.7.˙˙˙Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement long-term financial strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, capital structure, and investment opportunities.8.˙˙˙Team Leadership: Manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.9.˙˙˙Compliance and Governance: Ensure financial activities adhere to industry-specific regulations, standards, and internal policies. Uphold a high level of corporate governance.10.
