Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and bank reconciliations.
Perform regular financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and recommend adjustments accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including training and professional development opportunities.
