We are currently on the lookout for skilled and personable Waitresses and Bartenders to join our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant. As a Waitress or Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers warmly, presenting them with menus, accurately and efficiently taking and processing customer orders, and preparing and serving a variety of beverages, both hot and cold, including coffee, tea, and cocktails.**Responsibilities:**- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and provide them with menus tailored to the restaurants offerings- Take and process customer orders with precision and speed to ensure prompt service- Expertly prepare and serve an array of beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and other specialty drinks- Handle cash transactions and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy- Ensure that all beverages and dishes are meticulously prepared in accordance with the restaurants high standards and specified recipes- Uphold a spotless and hygienic environment within the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and food preparation areas- Monitor and restock inventory of supplies and ingredients to guarantee seamless service- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations to guarantee the well-being of both customers and staff**Preferred Candidate:**- Previous experience as a Waitress or Bartender in a similar high-end establishment- In-depth knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and expertise in latte art- Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless interactions with both customers and colleagues- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously- Keen attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the restaurants needs- Proficiency in food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are upheld
