The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the 27m Azimut Yacht while ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive nautical knowledge, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
The Captain will work closely for the employer and assist in various tasks as required, creating a seamless experience on board.
Navigation and Safety:
?Ensure the safe navigation of the yacht in compliance with all maritime regulations and safety standards.?Conduct pre-departure safety briefings for all passengers and crew.?Maintain and regularly inspect all safety equipment and ensure that emergency procedures are followed.
Crew Management:
?Supervise and manage the onboard crew, ensuring efficient operation and high standards of service.?Conduct training sessions for crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintenance:
?Oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the yacht, ensuring that it is always in top condition.?Coordinate with service providers for repairs, servicing, and inspections as needed.
Guest Relations:
?Provide an exceptional onboard experience for guests, attending to their needs and ensuring satisfaction.?Assist the employer in organizing onboard events, activities, and excursions tailored to guests preferences.
Administrative Duties:
?Maintain accurate logs and records regarding navigation, maintenance, and guest activities.?Assist the employer in any administrative tasks related to the yachts operation, including budgeting and planning.
Additional Support:
?Assist the employer with personal and corporate tasks outside of yacht operations as needed.
