Responsibilities?Improve revenue generation by ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring professional vehicle service delivery to service customers (retail and fleet) in line with Mercedes-Benz standards.?Assign approved workshop orders according to the resources reserved.?Update free workshop capacity in the DMS (Dealer Management System).?Release reserved resources on completion of work?Adjust resource planning to changes.?Conduct regular random checks on service operations on the Service Center shop floor to check for compliance on all stages of the service cycle and provide on the spot feedback.?Analyze and track performance of productive and non-productive personnel employed in the Service Center by means of control sheets and efficiency reports and customer feedback data received from other sources on a regular basis.?Schedule work and assign overtime tasks to personnel based on work requirements.?Drive performance improvements in the Service Center on internal audit and CSI parameters, Safety Health and Environment (SHE) norms.?Ensure that standard quality control and safety checks are carried out after vehicle repair.?Work closely with departments such as Technical, Warranty, Customer Relations and Parts and ensure optimal service solutions to customers.?Provide technical expertise and information to Service Center personnel wherever required.?Support preliminary diagnoses as part of the Service reception.?Assist, assume or independently perform test drives with the customer in spread cases.?Perform vehicle testing at the brake test stand and output dynamometer.?Document the diagnostic results on the workshop order.?Assign approved workshop orders according to the resources reserved.?Update free workshop capacity in the DMS (Dealer Management System).?Release reserved resources on completion of work?Adjust resource planning to changes.
