Vertex is a portfolio company of American Industrial Partner (AIP), an operationally orientated private investment firm with a 30-year track record of working with management teams to build scaled world class businesses ().Position Title: Work Order Project Management Liaison (PML)Vertex has a requirement for a Work Order PML experienced in Army support management requirements to include processes for accountability of equipment, knowledge of MAXIMO and excellent information management, interpersonal and organizational skills. The Work Order PML will assist the Range Support Supervisor in the coordination of all range support preventive maintenance and procurement requirements. The successful candidate must be a United States citizen, with proof of citizenship and a current U.S. passport.Required Hours:Work may include nights, holidays, and weekends on short notice. Standard work week will be six (6) days per week for up to eight (8) hours per day while at OCONUS work site(s), and a standard 40-hour work week while at CONUS work sites.Responsibilities:The Work Order PML shall be responsible for the following: * Assist in maintaining oversight of all logistical range support requirements necessary to accomplish training and coordinates with the Vertex MPM to ensure training is fully resourced.* Supports all range support logistical activities and functions.* Provides grammatically correct and succinct documents and reports as required.* MAXIMO input and tracking of Material, supplies, work orders and purchase orders.* Perform other duties as required/directed. .Required Qualifications:* Demonstrated strong communications and interpersonal skills.* Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.* Self-Starter.* Able to work closely with other team members and customers.* Working knowledge and experience with MAXIMO* Possess knowledge and technical experience in the use of all Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat products.* Must be willing to work and live in Kuwait.* Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).* Must have a valid drivers license, able to obtain a US Government Motor Vehicle Operators License and Kuwait Drivers License.* US citizenship is required as this position needs an active/current DOD Security Clearance as of day one of employment.* Must possess a US Passport with at least 2 years of remaining eligibility.* Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).Desired Qualifications:* Must be physically capable of lifting 75 pounds a vertical distance of four feet and carrying this weight a horizontal distance of 25 feet.* May be required to work on uncommon schedule including nights, weekend and holidays.* Must have professional appearance consistent with local customs.* Must be able to obtain and maintain USG network access.* Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels (to include multi-national staff).* Ability to exercise good judgment and insight, to understand the overall effect of decisions.* Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and compile data for analysisRequired Education:* Must have a Bachelors degree and 4 years of related work experience. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement.* Four (4) years of administrative experience is required.* Two (2) years of customer service experience is required.Contractor personnel shall comply with all theater command policies, regulations, and General Orders.
