Job Description

You will be responsible for the efficient transmission, storage, and analysis of information obtained through and by means of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact fordailyfunctional andtechnical support to WMS users (Console and RF).
  • Provide training to WMS users (Console and RF) when needed.
  • Create and maintain standard operating proceduresand make sureit isin adherence with policies.
  • Develop new WMS reports.
  • Participate in Testing activities for new WMSimplementation, change management&integration projects.
  • Upload WMS Master Data, ASNs ( Advanced shipment notice ), SOs ( Shipment Order ) whenrequiredfor new implementation.
  • Help withtechnical supportforWMSintegrations/systems.
  • Meet regularly with the warehouse operations team to discuss WMS related challengesand recommend possible resolutions using WMS functionalities.
  • Participate in requirement gathering and onboarding of new client.
  • Coordinate with WMS vendor to report and solve issues when required.
