Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to represent one or multiple brands as per the below. The requirement is for one of the below brands/industries. Candidates with multiple industries experience will be favored.Language: English + ArabicBrands to represent:(1)Meridian Grooming; Thicket(2)Luminskin(3)Other brands as well (skincare, tan products, electronics)Industries:

  • Electronic stores or equivalent
  • Specialized Clinics / Pharmacies / skincare (female, male)
  • Hypermarkets
  • Tan Products
  • Barbershops
Main duties:
  • Utilize its network and strategic thinking/mapping of the territory to boost brand products introduction and distribution to offline market.
  • Follow consistent store visit schedule and inputs into assigned system
  • Build relationship with local retail team(s): sales reps, merchandiser, team leads, etc.
  • Implement sales performance measures and targets using brand priorities with retailers while assisting in achieving expected results.
  • Utilize sales history, data tools, and competitive activity to manage territory and retailers.
  • Promote and builds brand awareness of assigned portfolio
  • Execute events and promotional activities ? sampling activations, sales training, etc.
  • Improve velocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution, displaying POS items, educating retail employees, hand selling, sampling, securing features, and developing promotional programs.
  • Support for other activities as instructed.
Experience: Proven similar role in KuwaitEducation: Bachelor?s degree in relevant industryPackage: To be discussed, includes basic + commission based on performance
