Supervise all activities at Warehouse and Stores including receiving, storing, stock movement, stock counting and issuing of stock.
Monitor the process of receiving, unpacking, packing, loading, issuing, storing and delivering.
Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
Identify the stock availability, maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements, and keep track of inventory levels .
Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
Monitor storage conditions, environmental control and cooling and ensure that inventory materials are protected.
Monitor regular stock checks, examine and inspect stock items for any discrepancies, expiry or defects, and dispose defective, damaged and expired items accordingly.
Monitor and maintain stock accuracy.
Maintain an efficient and up-to-date computerized store management & automatic replenishment system.
