Job Title: Warehouse Store ManagerKey Responsibilities:

�Processing orders.
Operating mechanical and IT systems.
Operating machinery, such as forklifts and pickers, and ensuring it is in working order.
Liaising with transport companies, suppliers, and clients.
Supervising use of specialized storage.
Training, supervising and appraising staff.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Devising and monitoring rotes for staff.
Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
Managing budgets.
Administering stock control.
Keeping health and safety records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Investigating accidents and troubleshooting problems.
Distribute raw material and packing materials to the production as per requisitions
Maintain proper records for receiving, tracking, and storing materials
Conduct physical inventory checks and ensure alignment with monthly inventory book reports
Ensure stock management follows the Ledger and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
Manage all store-related operational issues, including software systems (ERP) for stocktaking, and control
Monitor non-moving stock and report to relevant authorities promptly
Maintain proper budget planning for reordering the raw materials and packing materials
Maintain proper stock level reports to send for production requisition
