This position falls within the leadership management functions, through supporting Warehouse admin and technical wiseJob responsibilities: He?ll be responsible for the all tasks assigned to warehouse, Strategic planning & monitoring of the staff. Working closely with the management to achieve the company targets. Monitor of the staff and goods for the cost and time effectiveness through creation of dynamic & systematical workflow cycles. Finally to follow the ISO standards and follow the safety policies and procedures.Job duties and tasks: To develop and implement of the strategic plan to achieve the Warehouse targets based on the market requirements.Work closely with Management to understand of the company requirements from the warehouse also to meet of the set goals in the short & long terms periods.Responsible for developing and managing of the warehouse and the inventory procedures.In charge of 50+ warehouse staff (Data Entry ? Dispatchers ) and conduct of periodical training to them about the all Inventory Control, Receiving, Material Movement, Preparation and Stocking.Ensuring the effective utilization of space by increasing the storage density of the warehouse.Managing the dispatching operations to the distributors with cooperation with sales department.Monitoring of the staff and making studies (planning) for effectively utilizing of their productivity with the minimum time required (time & cost effectiveness).Reducing the inventory loss at the lowest level by utilizing six sigma initiatives in evaluating each of the process.Effectively monitoring of the goods flow and implementation of FIFO or FEFO methods in the use of goods or in dispatching of the goods.Computing the targeted levels of the whole stocks and ensuring that the buffer levels are utilized to improve the service levels in fulfilling customer orders.To do a Strategy development to reduce the picking time by implementing ABC methodology and categorizing based on frequently sales and consumption.To follow the implementation of ISO procedures in the warehouse storage & quality.To maintain a safe and healthy environment that following the standards of O.H.S ( Occupational Health & Safety )
