Job Description

A company in the Hotel industry is looking for a waitress/ Waiter. We are seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our hotels restaurant team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities:

  1. Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to guests, and offer menus and beverage options.
  2. Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
  3. Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy in orders and adherence to presentation standards.
  4. Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the restaurants menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
  5. Up-Selling: Suggest additional menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
  6. Table Maintenance: Continuously monitor tables, clear empty plates, and ensure guests have everything they need throughout the meal.
  7. Payment Processing: Present and process guest bills accurately, handling payments, and providing change or receipts as required.
  8. Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests.
  9. Guest Feedback: Gather feedback from guests and address any concerns or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
