Job Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.The Waiter/Waitress is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.Responsibilities

  • Work in close cooperation with Manager, Supervisor, Kitchen team and Cashiers to ensure a smooth running operation
  • Ensure the proper appearance and grooming.
  • Work towards the timely setup with co-staffaccording to the Restaurant Menu and in line with the Business hours
  • Welcoming the arriving customer &Presenting the Menu to the customer.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with our customers.
  • Familiar with the restaurant menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues.
  • Contribute to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the respective outlet
