Welcomes guests with a friendly manner and escorts them to a table and seat them.
Check table set up and ensures that all equipment is ready.
Assist guests to seat and taking their orders.
Assist busboys in preparing the outlet for service.
Give beverage and food orders to the kitchen.
Pick up beverage and food ordered by guests and served it to them.
Assemble all necessary set-up, bread,?etc. required for food service
Clean and tidy the side station.
Clear the tables after duty hours.
Serve the guest during operation.
Do suggestive selling techniques by keeping the guest satisfied.
Attend any training, meeting or seminars arranged by the management.
Follow any instructions given by his supervisor.
Be familiar with menu items.
Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the company policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Be punctual on duty, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
Maintain high standard quality of work at all times.
Maintain good rapport and working relationship with co-employee and superior.
Attend and participate in staff meetings, departmental and restaurant training schedules and other related activities.
Perform the given task and secondary duties and responsibilities??assigned.
Respond to any changes in your role as it was implemented by the company.

Have a full understanding in Operations manual regarding company policies and regulation.
