Serve the patrons with the available food & beverages of the cafe on time
Collect payments from customers
Write patrons food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff
Take orders from patrons for food or beverages
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required
Prepare checks that itemize and total order costs
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
Inform customers of daily specials
To report on duty in the correct time in clean well laundered uniform provided by the company
Keep the Restaurant clean and tidy always
Check the table-chair arrangement
To make sure all the sauce bottle lids are spotless
Be polite and friendly to our customers at all times, serve them with a smile
Provide assistance to children, elderly and the handicapped
Have a fair knowledge of the menu and preparation
To attend all department meetings and training whenever scheduled
Make sure all the lost & found items must be handed over to security immediately
