Job Description

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic waiters who pride themselves on their ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service.He will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities.As Waiter:

  • Review and understand event plan and order.
  • Complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practice.
  • Ensure proper use, storage of all catering equipment.
  • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
  • ?Have a good understanding and able to communicate products and service-related query to guests when asked.
  • Present in professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Ensuring that each event is on time as per the banquet event.
  • Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
