SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF WORK:Carries out his daily duties of the outlet that include serving, setting up and clearing of tables and maintaining the area clean.MAIN DUTIES :1. Check table set up and ensures that all equipments are ready.2. To help guests to seat and taking their orders.3. To assist busboys in preparing the outlet for service.4. To give beverage and food orders to the kitchen.5. To pick up beverage and food ordered by guests and served it to them.6. To assemble all necessary set-up, bread,?etc. required for food service7. To clean and tidy the side station.8. To clear the tables after duty hours.9. To serve the guest during operation.10. Do suggestive selling techniques by keeping the guest satisfied.11. Attends any training, meeting or seminars arranged by the management.12. Follows any instructions given by his supervisor.13. To be familiar with menu items.
