Job Description

Abyat Company is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our retail spaces. Your creative vision and technical expertise will contribute to elevating the overall customer experience and driving sales.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative visual concepts and strategies to optimize the presentation of products in our retail environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and store operations to align visual merchandising efforts with business objectives.
  • Design and implement visually compelling displays, window arrangements, and product layouts that reflect brand identity and seasonal themes.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp software to create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and mock-ups for proposed merchandising installations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to continuously enhance the visual presentation of our products.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies of display materials and props.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
