- Implements designs and plans created by the brand, designing and retail operations team which may involve physical work such as lifting, carrying and climbing ladders- Implements designed showcase plans and sources out materials to maximize available space- Visits other stores in the area, working with sales team to help them develop understanding of the showcase and display created- Ensures up-to-date look of themed-showcase, displays; and that brand lay-out guidelines are being followed correctly- Sets up a model store according to latest design directives including picture-taking of finished merchandise displays to be followed and aligned by other stores/showrooms- Regularly changes the displays and arrangements according to seasonal events/theme if theres any, i.e., Hala February, Valentines Day, Ramadan, Christmas) current trades and trends or promotional material- Maintains standard floor presentation, housekeeping, recovery principles and replenishment- Coordinates with Designers and Head Office-based Teams to ensure consistency with the corporate brand image - Adheres to Department Policies and Procedures- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department
