The position is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, creating and implementing in-store/window displays for all the stores/booths
The jobholder must combine creativity and artistic flair with technical know-how to set-up displays that maximize the sales and space of the store, as well as, increase customer traffic, guide buying customers, promote goods/items and enhance store layout
Implements designs and plans created by the brand and retail operations team which may involve physical work such as lifting, carrying and climbing ladders
Designs floor plans, sources materials to maximize available space
Visits other stores/booths in the area, working with sales team to help them develop understanding of the presentation and display created
Ensures up-to-date look of window displays and that brand lay-out guidelines are being followed correctly
Sets up a model store/showroom according to departments latest design directives including picture-taking of finished merchandise displays to be followed and aligned by other stores/showrooms
Maintains standard floor presentation, housekeeping, recovery principles and replenishment
Coordinates with Designers and Head Office-based Teams to ensure consistency with the corporate brand image
Adheres to Department Policies and Procedures
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the head/s of the department
Business travels required
