Urgently required Assistant Warehouse man with ERP system experience-Salmiya

Has an experience in Kuwait ( at least one year).
He has an experience in using ERP system ( it is a must)
Overall responsibility to insure storerooms meet minimum stock and requirements.
Write purchase orders as needed for items and office supplies contracts with key vendors.
Monitor procedures for issuing items from storerooms to ensure merchandise is issued only on written requisitions by authorized personnel.
Management responsibilities include products storeroom along with shipping and receiving staff.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Report any discrepancies
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
