Responsibilities include but not limited:UI / UX Graphic Designing? Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.? Propose creative strategy in collaboration with marketing director? Interpreting the Marketing projects needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose.? Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create the required designs.? Prepare design plan, concept and conceptual layouts for the online graphic project.? Maintain a cohesive visual identity and implement branding guidelines? Manage Web site updates while maintaining look and feel? Repair design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic projects.? Create and deliver graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.? Assist in designing and creating storyboards.? Works on special projects, initiatives, promotions and other programs as needed at the direction of the Marketing Manager and Online Team leader.General Graphic Designing? Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.? Maintaining an advanced knowledge of software used for creating graphic designs and trends within design.? Design across all digital assets, e.g. website, web applications, advertising, electronic newsletters, banners, social media and other digital media.? Maintain a job schedule and manage work flow to ensure that all tasks are assigned and delivered according to deadlines.? Document best practices and update branding guidelines as needed.? Adhere to branding standards and guidelines.? Coordinate e-Newsletter, including design and distributionAdministration? Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.?
