Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching drivers to different orders on a daily basis.
  • Handling any delays/cancellations/changes in the schedules.
  • Ensuring that Transportation SOPs are up to date and followed.
  • In charge of service and maintenance of all vehicles, in a routine manner.
  • Responsible for handling all vehicle insurance documents, claims and renewals, and coordinating with the concerned department.
  • Accountable to maintain, track & renew all vehicles & drivers licenses.
  • Responsible for continuous tracking of vehicle?s movement and routes.
  • In charge of all admin related reports such as, but not related to, attendance. And submitting them to the concerned department in a timely fashion.
