Job Description

Job Overview:Responsible for developing and implementing training programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a monthly and yearly training calendar.
  • Identify training needs in coordination with the Operations team.
  • Draft instructional brand manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation.
  • Keep training materials and content up to date aligned with the industry trends and standards.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, introducing them to company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide training on customer service, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Assess the skill levels of existing staff and provide targeted training to enhance their capabilities.
  • Implement ongoing training programs to improve service quality, product knowledge, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and provide feedback on employees ability to promote additional services or products.
  • Train employees in customer service best practices, including greeting guests, handling complaints, and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Teach employees effective communication skills, including suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
  • Establish a system for performance evaluation and feedback, providing constructive criticism and recognition as appropriate.
  • Facilitate and lead the monthly EOM activity.
  • Gather and prepare the monthly newsletter content.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure the implementation of the training.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide written reports on employees progress to the Operations team.
  • Manage the training budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective training initiatives.
