Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVEThe job holder will be supporting the central team in driving Group learning initiatives along with some territory specific learning requirements for Warehosue & Delivery Operations.DO ? Key Responsibilities?

  • Responsible for Training and Development of Warehouse Staffs & Delivery Crew.
  • Active participation / involvement with Head Office to drive Group projects effectively & regular updates.
  • Liaise with operations stakeholders to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Taking responsibility and managing the end-to-end Learning Processes (preparation, execution, participant coaching, evaluation, tests) for all trainings and courses within his/ her responsibility
  • Plan training calendar for Supply Chain operations team. Implement all training courses as scheduled.
  • Conduct workshops, 1-on-1 On the job training, virtual interactive sessions, etc.
  • Ensuring successful execution as per timelines & Maintain training related data & records on a continuous basis.
  • Support to measure the ROI of training in the business to show tangible benefits.
  • Stay current on new/innovative practices and trends in the field of L&D and make recommendations on new learning approach/ tool, etc.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus group, etc o gather feedback.
  • Maintain a repository of all training material.
  • Conduct Induction trainings for the new joiners.
  • Create own network & partner with other territory trainers.
  • Support communication and branding of the initiatives.
