Job Description

????????Recognize and onboard regional trade finance banks in the Middle East in accordance with the company policy.????????Manage and maintain existing structured trade finance facilities and letter of credit lines with the existing banks.????????Responsible for establishing new Banks relationships for financing our crude & refined products trading activities internationally.????????Responsible for reviewing all contracts and creating ring fenced financing structures for trading transactions????????Closely working relationship with Traders, cargo operators and shipping team to effectively manage payment of operational expenses related to the P & L of every transaction.????????Manage and review the P n L of all trade transactions to ensure all operational expenses, finance expenses. Etc. are properly negotiated to positively affect the overall P n L of every transactions????????Review letters of credit to ensure conformity to contract terms and documentary requirements.

  • Responsible for finance reporting and trade administrative work.
  • Assist and interact with other departments within the Company (Trading, Legal, Contract Desk, Finance, Accounting, Letter of Credit Desk, Cash Control, and others) and support them with trade finance related matters.
  • Maintain regular communication with the banks and provide frequent overview and update of the TF banking environment in ME, comment on important evolution and deals made in the region.
  • Develop strong support from a pool of bank in the Middle East, capable to support business requirement of the company.
  • Set up relevant financial structures for all transactions in order to minimize risk, optimize working capital and reduce financing cost.
  • Review tenders and business projects in order to identify finance related requirements and meet the requirements in optimal manner
  • Be the main point of contact for all banking related matters for Headquarters and the rest of the group.
  • Review and develop the internal finance related policies.
  • Coordinate with the company projects and ensure efficient communication among all other functions, including credit, tax, cash operations, etc.
  • Negotiates with banks to receive the best offer related to trade finance transactions.
  • Perform other related duties as required
