Our client is a large private hospital in Kuwait. The hospital is one of the oldest in Kuwait, yet always been up to date with the newest technologies and healthcare professionals from all over the world. They are accredited by Accreditation Canada.?

Duties & Responsibilities:

Our client is hiring an entry level TQM Coordinator, responsible for the following:

Coordinating all the milestones of the accreditation process and monitoring the various departmental action plans associated with standards and requirements;
Coordinating and monitoring educational offerings within the hospital as per the TQM training needs;
Actively participating in policy drafting, development, review and update;
Assuming a major bridging function in hospital committees as well as in self-assessment teams;
Assisting in delivering coaching on CQI?s and monitoring CQI project phases from onset till completion;?
Assisting in internal audits conducted by the TQM team;
Following up on proper, safe satisfactory closure of documented variances and implementation of remedial/closure measures;
Co-ownership with all TQM team members of the departmental balanced scorecard, data entry, analysis and action plan implementation.
