Job Description

for Multifunctional Photocopy MachinesProviding routine service and maintenance to?copiers, scanners, printers, and fax?machines. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and?copiers. Writing diagnostic reports and training manuals. Providing demonstrations and customer training.

  • Knowledge of basic networking
  • Computer and analytical skill.
  • Prior experience in maintenance & repair of multifunctional photocopy machines & printer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot & think independently.
  • Ability to train end users.
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skill
  • Provide accurate feedback with close calls information, parts usage reporting and customer meter reading
  • Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error free
  • Must be able to problem solve, conduct is written and verbal communication, real and comprehend technical information
  • Must have a reliable vehicle
  • Must have valid driving license
