Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and upgrades for servers and hardware. ?
Ensure all requests for IT support are resolved in timely manner.
Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
Install & configure and Maintain CCTV camara, DVR, NVR system
Prepare and arrange IT requirements for new joiners, including creating new user accounts, assigning email ID and group permissions, preparing computer/laptop, fingerprint registration, etc. as per company policy and procedure.
Process returns of IT equipment and deactivation of user accounts and IDs for separating employees.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Manage department?s stock of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
Perform basic MIS system administration and health check of production applications
Provide end user support and training as required.
Active Directory Users and Groups Management and supporting to client users
Administration of DNS, DHCP, WSUS, ANTI-VIRUS, Email Security
Windows systems administration including installing system Security Patches, reviewed tasks, issues, and recommend changes to reduce problem reoccurrences
Manage Office365, Exchange 2019 mailbox users and solving connectivity issues.
Responsible for the server?s management including regular monitoring of production servers and network
Maintain IT Assets, Asset allocation, software licenses and other records as per the organization requirement.
Maintain methods, tools, and standards to ensure datacenter and / or server availability and performance
Analyze & Recommend IT requirements to the reporting manager and work on to enhance IT infrastructure
