Provide accurate, timely and effective solutions for end user computer problems, productivity applications, printers, and smart devices.
Set up equipment for use, and ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
Maintain the software and hardware in Head Office and various project locations.
Train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
To maintain effective relationships with suppliers and end users.
To solve the end users issue assigned to him through Help Desk.
Monitor and test applications performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and implement those fixes.
Install computer equipment and its peripherals both for full network set-up and for end user work stations.
Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
