This role will be for an engineer with experience in Interior Fit-out projects.
The ideal candidate must has the ability to develope efficient shop drawings, detailing millwork and interiors finishes such as ceiling, wall claddings as well as flooring, stair cases detailing, etc.
Must have experience on site as it will be on charge of developing technical detailing and following up in construction.
Should be able to develop coordinate and review drawings of other subcontractors such us plumbing, electrics or HVAC.
The job seeker will oversee projects during design phases to site supervision and monitor the program to ensure deadlines are met, the projects stay within budget and work is up to standard.
Experience: Four years of related experience minimum.Qualifications:Interior Design or architecture diploma.Required: Must have a transferable Kuwait residency, driver license and car.Salary offered: Depending on qualification.
