Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Verifying the Shipment Documents as per Customs Rules & Regulations.
  • Preparing Customs declaration form in the Customs System (Microclear).
  • Following up with clients for shipping and company documents
  • Following up with the shipping lines / agents for vessels arrival ETA.
  • Ensuring that ministries? approvals are obtained for all the shipments.
  • Handling the custom duty and Global charges payments.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Reporting directly to the Customs Broker
