Job Summary:Supervise daily operations of the Vehicle Delivery section in order to ensure the Vehicles are delivered error free and on time, maintaining a high customer satisfaction index.Responsibilities:??1. Follow up with PDI/ Accessories staff on the sold units in order to deliver it on time every time.2. Follow up on the units registered under PDI Department and ensure number plates are installed on the vehicles.3. Inform the customer on the time of delivery and coordinate with PDI for following the delivery schedule.4. Ensure vehicle proper inspection before delivery.5.?Assure that customers are educated by Delivery Staff on features of the vehicle and warranty matters.6. Attend to the escalated customer queries/complaints and forward it to the Assistant Manager, Vehicle Sales.7. Monitor the staff for appearance in accordance with Company Dress Code Policy and customer service.
