Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans that align with state and national standards for early childhood education
Provide individual attention to students who need extra help or support
Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment
Assist with instructional activities, such as reading, writing, math, and science lessons
Provide support for special needs students as needed
Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods
Assist with administrative tasks such as grading, record keeping, and classroom organization
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions
Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to enhance the educational experience for students
