BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:As a Systems and Network Administrator the role will require to carry installation, configuration and maintenance/support of Systems, Networkand Software.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Installation, configuration of laptop/desktop computers, Printers, and POS support and administration?????CCTV / Barcode Readers / Scanners support and administration??Structured cabling, crimpling, labeling, documentation etc.????Installation and support of Windows 7.0, 8.0, 10.0, MS Office, Cloud 365, email setup and configuration on mobiles,?????Antivirus, Windows security administration and setup.??????Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.??????Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.????Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications, telephones and security systems to resolve operational issuesand restore services.?????Handle LAN concepts and sub-netting, TCP/IP Routing, network monitoring utilizing tools????Maintain a thorough understanding of the basics behind the Internet and its workings (DNS, Security, IP Routing, VPN, VLANS & Inter VLAN Routing configuration etc..)??Configure and setup Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and Security appliances for access to vital business applications.???????Maintain IT Assets and inventory updates.??
