Communicate with system stakeholders to identify new process automation initiatives and resolve issues throughout change request process.
Coordinate with operational team and system technical team to resolve all issues within required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes to all system features if required
Collaborate with project stakeholders for new system functionalities/Features and execute the change management requests.
Manage all aspects of new system changes requests implementation from start to end, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders.
Provide coaching & training for the system end users to ensure efficient implementation & usage of the Road Freight system.
Manage operational team and business stakeholders in terms of deliverables; ensure timely delivery of documentation, plan and align UAT dates and execution.
