Maintain the health and functionality of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory
Maintain the health and functionality of VMware infrastructure
Ensure software licenses are up to date and in compliance with audit requirements
Conduct daily system healthchecks to monitor hardware, server resources, and key processes
Install and configure enterprise servers as required
Troubleshoot servers and infrastructure equipment as needed
Manage end user permissions
Oversee corporate data backup and disaster recovery
Travel to remote sites as needed to support business requirements
Utilize basic scripting and automation tools
Successfully manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
Experience with Windows Server administration
Experience with VMware infrastructure management
Familiarity with server hardware installation and configuration
Proficiency with data backup and disaster recovery procedures
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues quickly and effectively
Basic knowledge of endpoint security solutions
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools
Basic knowledge of networking
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
