The objective of this role is to work in a small team providing technical support and ensuring our cloud environments, Microsoft environments are well maintained, enhanced and have optimal performance. You will also be involved in delivering projects involving migration and deployments in Azure, AWS, and Office 365. Responsibilities and Duties The ideal candidate should have following skills with 6-8 years of experience:? Ensuring the cloud platforms are available, secure, and performing? Managing, monitoring and reporting on Azure & AWS environments? Configuration, administration, and migration plus the on-going support services of Azure, AWS, Microsoft and O365 environments? Providing technical support and maintenance (incident, change & problem resolution)? Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices? On call and after-hours support may be required? Strong experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on the Microsoft technology stack? Experience in Azure (PaaS / IaaS) and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint)? Relevant Level 2/3 experience working in a technical support or systems engineer role working at a Managed Services Provider? Experience in on-premise and cloud backup solutions? Experience in remote desktop environments, end-user computing configuration and troubleshooting? Experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments? Experience with Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN)? Competent with most business technologies within an office environment? Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills AL BABTAIN GROUP OF COMPANIES JD Systems Engineer? The ability to learn new technologies quickly? Ability to prepare quality written correspondence, and internal and external-facing documentation? Willingness to learn and upskill Qualifications? B.S. in Computer Science? Experience in Security products and devices? Customer facing experience in professional services or similar? Knowledge of scripting languages for automated service deployments (e.g. PowerShell)?
